I spent ~5 years managing the contact center operations for a workforce of 200+ people when I was at Ovex Technologies.  Then, for 3+ years, I managed the operations of two different software houses in Lahore that specialized in IT-led recruitment services and non-invasive biometric solutions respectively.  After that, I was part of the launch team that brought Uber to Lahore and I spearheaded the launch of Uber in Karachi.
