Abdullah Qamar is a technology strategist, digital governance advocate, and developer community leader passionate about building an inclusive and multilingual Internet. He serves as the President of the Internet Society Islamabad Chapter (2024–2026) and co-leads Skills Share Hub, an EdTech company dedicated to digital learning, accessibility, and open web technologies.
