The learning, the laughter, and the conversations that continued long after each session ended. The WordCamp Islamabad 2026 photo albums are now ready to explore.

Over two days, our community came together in Rawalpindi and Islamabad. Contributor Day took place on Saturday, 24 October, at e-Earn Innovation Hub, Rawalpindi. Conference Day followed on Sunday, 25 October, at Allama Iqbal Open University (AIOU), H-8, Islamabad. This was the fifth WordCamp in Islamabad. It brought together first-time attendees, long-time contributors, speakers, sponsors, volunteers, and organizers.

We have organized the photos into four albums so you can easily find your favorite moments.

Social Night

To give a warm welcome to our speakers and acknowledge the support of our sponsors, we hosted social night on 24th Oct 2026. Our speakers, sponsors, and organizers spent an evening together, sharing a meal, exchanging stories, and getting to know each other.

Many of the conversations from that night carried into the conference day and after party.

Contributor Day

Saturday was about hands on learning and giving back. Attendees made their first contributions to WordPress. Table leads were there to help the new people learning on how to contribute. Some preferred to join hands-on workshops.

Our Human Library mentors held one-on-one conversations about careers, freelancing, open source, and growing in the WordPress ecosystem. For many attendees, these were the most valuable moments of the day.

Conference Day

Sunday brought the full community to AIOU. Speakers shared ideas on stage, panelists discussed real challenges from agencies and product teams, and the audience asked thoughtful questions about WordPress, AI, and the future of the web.

Networking

Some of the best conversations happened away from the stage. Old friends caught up over food, new connections started in the corridors, and attendees met the teams at sponsor booths. Our Wapuu made a few appearances too.
