This session is an honest look at what that actually looks like. I’ll walk through the workflow I use to take a client project from audit to launch with AI agents, the guardrails that keep client sites and client trust safe (backups, staging, review, and knowing what an agent should never be allowed to touch), and the mistakes I made along the way so you don’t have to. I’ll also share how repeated client problems turned into products like WPMCP, which lets AI edit WordPress with automatic rollback, TableCrafter and Dukandar.
